Finding wedding vendors is arguable the hardest part of planning a wedding. Once you’ve decided on your date, guest list size, and general style, the vendor selection begins! This Staunton Virginia wedding vendor guide is meant to take some of the initial research off your plate. You’ll likely want to start with your venue and planner, if you’re planning on hiring a wedding planner. A full service planner will likely have a recommended vendor guide, and can help you navigate choosing the right people for your wedding day. Wedding vendor selection is not one size fits all. You have to consider your style preferences, personal needs, budget, and then of course their availability comes into play.
While I have not personally worked with all of these vendors, they come recommended by friends, venues, and other photographers in the area. This list will save you hours of Googling for officiants, DJ’s, florists, and more! As you know, Staunton is a pretty small area. There are vendors listed here from about a ~90 minute drive radius. Wedding vendors are used to some degree of travel during wedding season. But I aim to feature the most localized list possible!

The Granary at Valley Pike

Belle Garden Estates

Omni Homestead

Blackburn Inn and Conference Center
With a boutique hotel and picturesque landscape, the Blackburn Inn is the go-to for outdoor weddings. Located in Staunton, Virginia.
