Although convenient to nearby hotels and restaurants, the venue itself is surrounded completely by fields and farms, providing an ideal setting for couples seeking the serenity of the mountains with the conveniences of town. Venue Capacity and Layout

Sky Ridge Farm can hold up to 200 guests for outdoor events and up to 150 for indoor events. The property features several outdoor ceremony sites, all with panoramic views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Most guests opt to use the barn and terrace as their reception space, while having their ceremony outdoors behind the barn.

Getting ready space

Sky Ridge Farm has two designated “getting ready” spaces included in the property rental, both of which are located on the bottom floor of the barn. The larger of the two suites, typically reserved for the bride and bridesmaids, has a long counter with salon chairs, mirrors, and even a full shower and salon sink if you need extra freshening up! Both suites have seating areas, televisions, and access to the outdoors. 

For couples who wish to book extra on-site accommodations, Sky Ridge Farm offers an additional property called The Farmhouse at Sky Ridge, which sleeps up to 26 guests and includes amenities such as a hot tub, infrared sauna, outdoor pickleball, and an indoor recreation room with a pool table, gym, and peloton bike. Sky Ridge Farm has a large indoor barn as well as a covered porch, providing a secure location for rainy days. Please note that the barn is not climate controlled, and can seat up to 150 guests comfortably
